Desari Properties was founded by Haji Awang Abu Bakar bin Haji Awang Ahmad. Beginning in the 1920's, his late father Haji Awang Ahmad bin Pehin Orang Kaya Laksamana Othman began to buy and develop land inside and around the old Brunei Town.

Capitalizing on his family's history in property development, Desari Properties was formed to build on this reputation of offering quality properties in sought after locations.

Our management team has a combined experience of over 40 years of experience in property development and property management.

Our key personnel in our maintenance team have been with the company for well over a decade. Continuity and stability are built into our operational structure for our tenant's peace of mind.
